How long should my Bristle brushes last?
With our professional cleaning service we guarantee that your brushes should last for 2 years. If your brushes start loosing bristles and become non-usable prior to the 2 year mark, we'll send you new ones for free.
Do I always get my own brushes back?
YES! That would be gross. We label each brush set to ensure that the brush owner always gets their own brushes back monthly. Also, brush sets are washed separately, we will not wash your brushes with someone elses.
What is bad about using dirty brushes?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Each month we'll let you know we are about to send your new brushes. At that time you can let us know if you would like to pause sending or cancel your subscription.
What happens to the other half of my subscription if I cancel before I receive them?
Upon your cancellation, we'll mail you the other half of your set so that you have all 8 brushes.
